Delete your PokeSniper account

You can delete your PokeSniper account and its data in the app or by email. You don't need to reinstall the app to ask by email.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open PokeSniper and sign in.
2. Go to Settings > Delete account.
3. Review what will be deleted and confirm. Email and password accounts enter their password; Apple and Google accounts type DELETE.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email

Email support@pokesniper.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 7 days of confirming and email you when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your sign-in, email and password, and the link to your Apple or Google sign-in (we also revoke PokeSniper's Sign in with Apple access)
• Every card in MyDEX, your Watchlist and your purchase details
• Your scan history and any card photo not yet deleted (photos are deleted within 24 hours anyway)
• Scan a Card photos kept to improve PokeSniper's own card recognition (deleted within 30 days)
• Pre-grade estimate history, sales, listing drafts and Max Buy rules
• Your CardSight choice and your 18+ confirmation

What's kept, and for how long

• Anonymous totals that can't identify you.
• Database backups can still hold deleted data for up to 14 days, until they expire.
• Photos CardSight already received (only if you allowed CardSight) are covered by CardSight's terms and aren't removed by deleting your PokeSniper account.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings. Unused credits are lost.
